The hall of fame comment from Matt’s naked soul

Those with ‘lived experience’ are those who suffer suicidal thoughts and may or may not have had a suicide attempt. We need to listen to them. We need to honor their struggle. We need to be there for them.

Response to ‘The Final 48 Hours’

When you read this, how can you not share it? Lauren is in her early 20s. So few her age talk openly about depression or suicide.  Talking and speaking out does work.
