This is my acknowledgment page from my book. It’s who helped me get it published.
This is my first book and was both a labor of love and therapy for my grieving soul. Writing it was agony at times but growth and self-discovery was more than worth the tears invested. I began writing it in my head the day after my son killed himself because the story stalked me and wouldn’t let go. Prior to typing the first word, my tribe at Emotionally Naked (EmotionallyNaked.com) encouraged me to write a book; it was one thousand blog posts and two and … Read more...
I hope you will allow me a braggy moment. Book sales tend to sag when I’m not speaking at conferences so this was a welcome surprise.
When libraries in Virginia are open again, people will be able to check the book out of the library. And it’s nice to be featured and you can see it here.
If you’ve read the book, please leave a review and recommend it to a friend who needs it. My heart and soul is between those book covers.Read more...

This book is a departure. It is a departure, certainly, for Beach Glass Books. Our catalogue is replete with coastal books and historical books. We have published children’s books and books of true crime and essays, with novels on the way.
But never have we published a book like this.

Few authors un-sell their book. However, I just want to be sensitive to those who might not be in the place to read it yet. A number of people have asked. It is for those … Read more...

They’ll be another winner once it publishes. Thanks for being part of the tribe.
