I am speaking about my son Charles’ addiction , co-occuring depression and his suicide at the March Family Support Group at Life Cycles Counseling. If you are a parent or loved one of someone struggling with addiction, this talk is for you.
You do not have to be a member of the group to attend. Adina, the therapist who runs the group, is opening this up to other families in the community suffering from a loved ones substance use disorder.
I never want one more parent to feel a lack of emotional support from their community. I promise you’ll leave with hope.
