I will speak 5-10 minutes at the Newport News Out of the Darkness Walk on creating a culture of connection to prevent suicide. It will be my story with message of hope.

I will also have a table and give away an advance copy of my book, Diary of a Broken Mind. Participants will sign up to win the book on the day of the event. I hope to see you there.
