This event will include many modules and opportunities for CEs.

10-11   -Suicide awareness and ASQ Screening Tool

  • Beacon Tree, President, Anne Moss Rogers
  • Dr. Lisa Horowitz (?), and potentially Dr. Ted Abernathy, as his practice has piloted the tool
  • More information on the ASQ tool

Location:

The event will be at the new VTCC, Virginia Treatment Center for Children.

The new VTCC facility is the Brook Road campus of Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, with an entrance off of Sherwood Avenue. This site would provide families with easy access to both inpatient and outpatient services. Placing VTCC on the same campus with other CHoR services is consistent with our philosophy of delivering integrated care for the whole child.

More info to come.
