I will tell my story, educate the audience on mental health pervasiveness/impacts, talk about  my work in YMCAs and Schools with teens, signs for parents to look for, actions parents can take.

I’ll segue into what to do that includes getting professional help but some tips on how to parent a child who is struggling so mothers and fathers can be actively engaged in helping their children build resilience, self esteem, and ultimately make a shift in parenting style to cultivate these life skills.
