This is a practical workshop with interactive strategies on managing the pain of loss. While the presenters have both lost a child, one to a brain tumor and the other to suicide, these strategies are applicable for anyone who has lost someone they love.
Facilitated by Karla Helbert, LPC, Certified Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider and Anne Moss Rogers, owner of EmotionallyNaked.com and President of Beacon Tree Foundation, a youth mental health organization. (Bios below)
- Learn coping strategies in an interactive environment to help you manage the pain of loss
- Learn how others have moved through grief in a healthy and productive way
Money after expenses will be donated to our local chapter of the MISS Foundation which is a grief organization focused on families who have lost a child.
Follow up email after the event will have resources and a free ebook, Coping Strategies for Grief & Loss. You can download this free now if you like. We will highlight just a few of these strategies as a group.
