The holiday season is upon us and while this is normally a time for fellowship and celebration, this time of year presents a lot of stressful challenges. For youth and teens who struggle with their mental health, these challenges and stressors can be overwhelming, making it truly difficult to enjoy life during this time of year. This is why we wish to present NAMI Ending The Silence around the holidays so youth and families feel empowered to discuss their mental health needs!

NAMI CVA is excited to announce two community-wide Ending the Silence for Students presentations in December, held in partnership with Bewellva. The first program will be on Monday, December 13th from 6:30 – 8:00 and there is no cost.

Sign up today, because seats will fill up fast! If you cannot make the December 13 date, you can sign up for December 20 which will feature different speakers.
