I Quit! I’m done….

There are many times I feel insignificant. Like I just don’t matter or no one hears me or sees me. Have you felt that way?

I’ve recognized that the digital world seems to foster that feeling more often so I’ve learned how to manage it and what to do.

This YouTube short is all of 39 seconds. My YouTube #shorts channel.

  1. I absolutely love your YouTube #shorts channel – It was you saying in ‘Feel Your Feelings’ “you can’t heal if you can’t feel.” that struck a chord with me because while I didn’t use drugs or alcohol to numb my feelings, that’s one of the reasons why I self-harmed & although you weren’t talking to me directly, I feel like you were sending me a message, telling me that it’s ok to feel how I do about women & to let them in.

      1. No…thank you Anne Moss! For the first time I now realise that I am who I was always meant to be & will no longer punish myself for what is out of my control, if others can’t accept me for who I am that’s their problem, not mine!
