Diary of a Broken Mind available now!

Book’s Introduction

It’s out! So how can you help? First, please share this post. Launch is tonight!

Between those book covers, there is a lot of pain, anger, laughter, purpose, healing, hope, and heart. I do feel a little naked and a lot vulnerable but I’m less terrified today than I was two weeks ago. And yeah, excited. I’ve woken up at 4:30am for the past two weeks.

I have had initial feedback from advance readers and so far so good. A good launch is important and that has to do with sales so here are some things to help with that.

  • It won’t be in all book stores as a “walk in and buy it” but the best way to make that happen is to request it at your local book store. As book stores are added, I will put the button on this page.
  • BUY NOW: now, you can get the book three places: Fountain Book Store, Beach Glass Books, and Barnes & Noble. It will be at Amazon as digital and paperback soon (hopefully this week) and eventually as audio in 2020. And I have some copies, too.
  • Once you get your copy, please take a selfie or have someone take a photo of you with the book and post on your social media with the hashtag #brokenmind. See an example that Carol sent below. Please. I don’t have an expensive publicity company but I got you guys.
  • Thank you for all your support.

My motivational mental health keynotes, training and workshop topics include suicide prevention, addiction, mental illness, anxiety, coping strategies/resilience, and grief. As talented and funny as Charles was, letting other people know they matter was his greatest gift. And now the legacy I try and carry forward in my son's memory. Mental Health Speakers Website.
