May 2019 Mental Health Month

May is mental health month. So let’s share some education! The posts listed below are some suggestions but choose any one of your favorites and let’s make some noise.

My niece, meanwhile, started a mental health club and is working with Active Minds to have speakers come in this week and planned her own panel of speakers from the school last month. All of this, while she applied for colleges and took AP classes. She told me the group and the camaraderie created there has been so important to her this year. I am so proud of her. We are working on an ebook about putting together a mental health club at schools.
