Charles had a warm heart. And apple pie reminds me of that. It reminded me of how he was there for others. It’s like after he died, I found out all these new things about him I didn’t know before.

Story after story of how he reached out and knew just what to say to those suffering from depression and to those contemplating suicide. So ironic.
