Charles loved mussels. Remembering how much he loved them, I ordered them for the first time about 9 months ago. And then I ordered them again and again and found that I liked them, too.

AnneMoss Rogers is a mental health speaker and suicide education trainer and consultant. She is author of the Book, Diary of a Broken Mind and co-author of Emotionally Naked: A Teacher's Guide to Preventing Suicide and Recognizing Students at Risk with Kim O'Brien PhD, LICSW. She raised two boys, and lost her younger son, Charles, to addiction and suicide on June 5, 2015. Dawson absolutely loved mussels too & always was asking me to try them… Oh how I wish I had when I had the chance with him. And this is the gospel truth after Dawson passed a home screen picture showed up on my phone of Dawson with a plate of mussels in front of him just grinning !!!
